April 15th to 22nd This week has been spent on reviewing and collating the “cogent” evidence required for the Application to Delete BOAT 16/11 …….. which, while looking at it,  one BBC Outside Broadcast presenter said   … “Well you wouldn’t even get a tank up there!”     And he wasn’t referring just to its width,  which is approxinmately 6 ft!

April 2019 Monday 8th I am involved in a case which concerns a claim for a Public Bridleway on a “Drove”. Documents are needed from the National Archives. SCC should have these but as usual it looks as if it’s down to me to travel all the way to Kew to get them in order to secure the proper and readable documents.
