Thompson Parish Council support the NCC order for a Byway Open to All Traffic through Pockthorpe Lane.

It is quite incomprehensible to me that Thompson Parish Council, who are supposed to represent the views of villagers and Pockthorpe Lane residents, would risk supporting an order which could result in motorbikes and off road vehicles using a narrow lane past residential houses.
